Mr. Manish Bagadia

Manish Bagadia, aged 58 years, is the Chairman & Managing Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since its inception. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. His prior experience involves working as the President (Techno-Commercial) in Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited. With over 29 years of experience in the manufacturing, infrastructure and power system sector, he has been instrumental in steering the growth and development of our business since 2013. He is responsible for execution, strategic management, and financing of solar EPC projects worldwide in residential, commercial, industrial, ground mount, ESS, and transformer sectors. He has been awarded the Best Chief Executive Officer Award for the year 2002-03 by the Gujarat Ambuja Exports Limited, Ahmedabad.

Mrs. Karuna Bagadia

Karuna Bagadia, aged 52 years, is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. She is one of our Promoters and has been associated with our Company since February 22, 2017. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Rajasthan. She has over 9 years of experience in marketing, branding, corporate communications, digital marketing and business development. She is responsible for developing and implementing the Company’s marketing, branding and communication strategies, leading digital marketing initiatives across social media, websites, digital campaigns and other online platforms, planning and overseeing promotional activities, exhibitions, campaigns and marketing events, and providing strategic guidance and management direction to Company’s business objectives, growth and long-term development.

Mr. Harsh Bagadia

Harsh Bagadia, aged 23 years, is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He is one of our Promoters and has been associated with the Company since May 01, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (advanced accounting and auditing) from GLS University, Gujarat. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 6 months of experience in finance, business strategy, sales and marketing. He is responsible for overseeing the setup of BESS manufacturing facility including vendor evaluation, capital expenditure planning, and cell-to container assembly line procurement, leading factory visits and vendor evaluations in China (Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan) for cells, assembly line equipment, and testing machinery to support the facility build-out, driving business development across domestic and international markets, including the EU market expansion pilot for commercial, industrial and residential BESS products, and reviewing product development, datasheet standardization, and certification-partner evaluation for BESS product range.

Mr. Jigar Patel

Patel Jigar, aged 44 years, is the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 17, 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (production engineering) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. He was previously associated with M/s. Rainbow Papers Limited. He has more than 8 years of experience in purchase and project management sector. He is responsible for decision-making in relation to procurement and purchase activities.

Mr. Shah Hiral Ankitkumar

Shah Hiral Ankitkumar, aged 40 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since July 15, 2026. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in law (general) from the Gujarat University. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also associated with Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited and Uma Converter Limited, as an Additional Independent Director and a Company Secretary, respectively. She has more than 3 years of experience in legal, secretarial, and compliance functions for private and publicly listed companies. Her extensive legal and secretarial experience, enable her to provide independent oversight and guidance to our Company, particularly in relation to ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Stock Exchange Listing compliances, Corporate and Securities Law, Stock Exchange Regulations, Corporate compliances and governance matters.

Mr. Bhavsar Utsav Sumantkumar

Bhavsar Utsav Sumantkumar, aged 32 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since July 15, 2026. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law (special) from the Gujarat University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also associated with Shreedhar Spinners Limited, Pramara Promotions Limited, Northern Maritime & Defence Limited, and Kesar India Limited as an Independent Director. He has more than 6 years of experience in corporate governance, secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance. His extensive corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and regulatory affairs experience, enable him to provide independent oversight and guidance to our Company, particularly in relation to regulatory alignment, transparent governance, and risk mitigation.

Mr. Vivek Gupta

Vivek Gupta, aged 51 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 24, 2025. He has passed the Sections A and B of the institution examinations in electrical engineering branch held by the Institution of Engineers (India). He has more than 10 years of experience in corporate procurement of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical & civil for various sectors, industries, packages, commodities & functions.

Mr. Nagaraj Giridhar

Nagaraj Giridhar, aged 67 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 24, 2025. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bellary V.V. Sangha’s Vijayanagar College, Hospet, Karnataka and a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Finance and Control from The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University, Tripura. He is also a member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has 22 years of experience in financial oversight, governance, and strategic planning in automotive, chemicals, agro commodities, telecom, mining, textiles, cement, infrastructure and construction industry sectors.

Mr. Dipesh Mancharam Prajapati

Dipesh Mancharam Prajapati, aged 25 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 13, 2026. He currently oversees the Company’s project finance, IPO/DRHP preparation, and end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance, and is responsible for managing financial functions of the Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Gujarat University. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with Rohit & Company, and has over 1 year of experience in accounts and finance across diverse industries.

Mr. Vivekkumar Barlota

Vivekkumar Barlota, aged 35 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 17, 2025. He is currently responsible for overseeing the secretarial and legal compliances and corporate governance matters of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (special) from the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, and is a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 7 years of experience in the secretarial, compliance and governance matters.

Mr. Mohammadfurkan Mohammadsadik Dhobi

Mohammadfurkan Mohammadsadik Dhobi, aged 26 years, is the Finance Controller – Finance & Accounts of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since June 23, 2025. He currently manages end-to-end finance operations, implements structured accounting systems and standardized reporting frameworks, develops comprehensive MIS reports for management, implements SOPs for accounting, payments, and documentation, strengthens banking and treasury controls, and develops automated Excel-based financial tools, like ITC reconciliation, Schedule III financials preparation, project billing reconciliation, etc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Sahjanand Commerce College, Ahmedabad and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with Gautam Joshi & Co. LLP and JHS & Associates LLP, and has over 3 years of experience in audit and assurance engagements, financial reporting, and direct and indirect tax engagements.

Mr. Chintan V Shah

Chintan V Shah, aged 47 years is the Technical Manager of our Company. He holds degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from Gujarat University. He has been associated with our Company since March 22, 2024 and responsible for the client coordination, land finalization, project parameter verification, and liaises with GETCO and electrical boards for solar project documentation and verification. He has 8 years of experience in Solar Projects and Infrastructure Management. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Signotox Towers Private Limited and Indus Towers Limited.

Mr. Mukeshkumar Manubhai Mewada

Mukeshkumar Manubhai Mewada, aged 65 years, is the General Manager - Marketing of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since July 06, 2026. Currently, he handles sales and marketing of industrial, commercial, and ground mount solar rooftop power plants for the solar EPC division. He holds a diploma in electronics & sound engineering (with inplant training) from the A.V. Parekh Technical Institute, Rajkot. He was previously associated with GRE Renew Enertech Limited, Farmson Envirocare Private Limited, Mamata Energy Private Limited, Supertech Corporation and Servotronics, and has over 14 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer service, project co-ordination, channel sales and after sales support.

Mr. Udayraj Yadav

Udayraj Yadav, aged 26 years, is the Engineer – Testing & Validation of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 14, 2025. Currently, he oversees end-to-end NPD prototype development for BESS, ESS and EVs, conducts testing and validation of solar, inverter, Li-ion battery packs for BESS, ESS, EVs (2W, 3W, 4W), BMS and charger, and performs BMS hardware testing, calibration, SOC/SOH validation, and CAN diagnostics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (electronics & communication engineering) held by the IES College of Technology, Bhopal. He was previously associated with Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited, and has over 2 years of experience in testing and validation of Li-ion batteries for BESS, ESS, and EV applications.

Mr. Chetan Sonwani

Chetan Sonwani, aged 30 years, is the Project Manager of our Company. He has been associated with our Company as the Project Manager since July 11, 2024. Currently, he oversees the design and development of electrical systems and manages electrical projects from concept to completion. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical engineering) from Vikram University, Ujjain. He plays a key role in developing and executing plans for electrical systems, overseeing the installation of electrical equipment, and providing technical guidance and leadership to the electrical engineering team in the solar power plant. He was previously associated with JMC-Laxmi-Wilo Joint Venture, Adani Green Energy Limited, and S R Ferro Alloys, and has 7 years of experience in designing, developing and maintaining electrical systems.

Mr. Chintan V Shah

Chintan V Shah, aged 49 years, is the Manager (Technical) of our Company. He has been associated with our Company as the Manager (Technical) since March 22, 2024. Currently, he oversees the solar open access projects, new infrastructure, site management, vendor development and resource management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical) from the Gujarat University. He plays a key role in checking the land parameters for project execution and O&M, coordinating with land brokers for land and personally visiting the location, and coordination with GETCO division office for TFR. He was previously associated with Signotox Towers Private Limited (previously V-CON Telecom Towers Private Limited), Indus Towers Limited, and has over 9 years of experience in strategic and operational planning, erection / commissioning of solar open access projects, site management, liaison and coordination, team building, database management, and AMC work.

Mr. Mukund Gautam Joshi

Mukund Gautam Joshi, aged 31 years, is the Production Head of our Company. He has been associated with our Company as the Production Head since September 03, 2026. Currently, he leads technical, production & automation operations, drives process efficiency, quality & timely delivery. He holds a diploma in electronics & tele-communication engineering from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai and a post graduate diploma in management from MIT School of Distance Education (MITSDE), Pune. He plays a key role in leading technical, production & automation operations. He was previously associated with Replus Energy Solutions Private Limited, and has over 1 year of experience in production planning, LASER welding & LASER process, robotic automation, inventory management, battery management systems, energy storage operations system integration, component testing, and lean manufacturing.
